Recently, a delegation of the ASEAN Food Security Training Workshop, themed “Deepening Exchange and Cooperation, Jointly Building Food Security,” visited Henan Taixing Grain and Oil Machinery Equipment Co., Ltd. for inspection and guidance. Company management warmly received the delegation and accompanied them throughout the visit. The two sides held in-depth exchanges on technological innovation, industrial application, and international cooperation in grain processing equipment. The visit focused on the company’s two core product lines—flour milling equipment and oil processing equipment—fully demonstrating Henan Taixing’s comprehensive strength in the grain and oil machinery manufacturing sector.
On-Site Observation: Flour Milling Equipment Demonstrates Technical Depth. At the outset of the visit, the delegation proceeded to the company’s production workshops and equipment exhibition area, focusing on the manufacturing processes and technological innovations of flour milling machinery and stone-mill flour milling units. As the company’s traditional strength, Taixing flour milling equipment adopts compound roller mills, high-square plansifters, purifiers, and impact detachers, forming a milling process system that combines in-sieve and out-of-sieve classification with long reduction systems and light grinding. This delivers notable advantages including high flour extraction rates, fine flour quality, bright color, and good gluten quality. The company’s flour processing equipment achieves automated continuous operation from raw grain cleaning, destoning, and multi-stage impurity removal through to flour bagging and power distribution, featuring smooth processes and convenient operation and maintenance. Workshop trainees inquired in detail about the equipment’s adaptability across different grain varieties and its energy consumption performance, speaking positively of the company’s technical approach to achieving energy savings through process optimization
Roundtable Exchange Exploring Cooperation Opportunities. During the visit, company management held a working discussion with the workshop, systematically introducing Henan Taixing’s development history and technological foundation. The company’s predecessor traces back to Huaxian Xinfeng Grain Machinery Factory established in 2008, and it was formally registered as a limited liability company in 2015 with registered capital of 30.01 million yuan. Located in Zhengzhou High-tech Industrial Development Zone, the company has long engaged in technology R&D cooperation with Henan University of Technology in fields including flour milling machinery and oil processing machinery. The company holds multiple patents and registered trademarks, with products sold across more than twenty provinces, municipalities, and autonomous regions nationwide and exported to Russia and other countries and regions. Combining the current status of grain processing industries in their respective countries, workshop trainees raised questions regarding investment thresholds for small and medium-sized grain machinery, operation and maintenance training, and after-sales support. Company representatives responded one by one and expressed willingness to use this visit as a starting point to explore practical alignment with ASEAN countries in equipment export, technical training, and project cooperation.
